威博达企业于2009年组建于上海，专业从事精密自动化冲压模具和金属结构件的研发、生产和销售，拥有丰富的汽车自动化冲压模具设计、制造经验及焊接、钣金等金属制造技术。2015年起，涉足车身冲压件的生产供货，以汽车行业为核心客户，提供精密冲压模具和金属结构件一体化解决方案。伴随着新能源汽车行业的发展，2020年起，公司开始服务蔚来、理想、零跑等新势力汽车企业，并将服务从模具、冲压，延伸至焊接，以满足客户更加综合、高效的采购需求。
经过15年的发展和沉淀，公司目前拥有苏州（租赁）、郑州（自有）两大制造基地，其中郑州基地占地27亩，厂房面积1.5万平方米，两地员工100多人，年产值1亿元人民币，是一家涵盖模具、冲压、焊接的综合性汽车零部件企业。模具方面，尤其擅长大型铸造连续模具、中型和小型钢板连续模等自动化模具的研发制造，年平均模具产能350余套，年供货量达300万件。目前主要公司有：

WBODA Enterprise was established in Shanghai in 2009, specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of precision automated stamping dies and metal structural components. The company boasts rich experience in the design and manufacturing of automotive automation stamping dies, as well as welding, sheet metal, and other metal manufacturing technologies. Since 2015, WBODA has ventured into the production and supply of body stamping parts, serving the automotive industry as its core customer base, providing integrated solutions for precision stamping dies and metal structural components. With the development of the new energy vehicle industry, starting from 2020, the company began to serve emerging automotive brands such as NIO, Li Auto, and Leapmotor, extending its services from dies and stamping to welding to meet customers' more comprehensive and efficient procurement needs.
After 15 years of development and accumulation, the company currently owns two major manufacturing bases in Suzhou (leased) and Zhengzhou (owned). The Zhengzhou base covers an area of 27 mu (approximately 18,000 square meters), with a factory area of 12,000 square meters. There are over 100 employees across both locations, and the company's annual revenue is approximately 80 million RMB. It is a comprehensive automotive parts enterprise covering dies, stamping, and welding. In terms of dies, the company is particularly skilled in the research and development of large-scale casting continuous dies, medium and small steel plate continuous dies, and other automated dies, with an average annual die production capacity of more than 300 sets and an annual supply volume of 5 million pieces.
